Just wanted to thank you for your outstanding product and excellent service. I received my crane right when you said I would and had 2 days to get familiar with it before an all day shoot.

It was easy to assemble and performed perfectly. I recieved comments all day about how "cool" the crane was and it was the reason why we had many more video orders on that day.

Thanks again. I plan on bringing it in to work when the next space shuttle rolls out and shooting it in HDV. I will send you back some footage of the rollout and of your crane in action.
